Megan brings a valuable blend of more than 15 years of 3rd party executive search experience, paired with in-house corporate recruiting experience. This gives her strategic insight into the hiring challenges that both businesses and talent encounter and how critical it is to partner with a trusted, skilled search firm.
Megan received her BA in Psychology at the University of Dayton. She and husband, Bill, reside with her two children in Cincinnati where Megan was born and raised.
She has been a member of NPAworldwide, a global recruiting network of over 500 member offices across 6 continents facilitating placements between its members. Megan is an active volunteer and consistently ranks in the top 25 in revenue.
